These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Emerald Coast Host's Website, located at https://emeraldcoasthost.holidayfuture.com 

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Emerald Coast Host if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Booking Terms

Must be 25 years old or older to book - you will risk forfeiture of your reservation without refund if you reserve for anyone who does not meet this requirement. Third party reservations not allowed - the person booking must also be a staying guest. 3 nights minimum per HOA policy.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that. NOTE: No Refunds for Weather Related Events. We Advise Trip Insurance anytime during Hurricane Season (June - November). 

A security deposit of $500 will be charged 7 days prior to check-in. The security deposit is refundable within 14 days after check-out if the unit has not incurred any damages, whether intentional or unintentional by anyone associated with the reservation.

Maximum guest restriction strcitly enforced by PCB Fire Marshall. If you arrive with more guests than your unit is approved for, you risk forfeiture of your reservation without refund.

NO PETS per HOA restrictions with penalty fees at our discretion should you bring a pet anyway.

NO smoking or vaping in condo, pool, or community areas. Smoking odor inside the condo will result in additional fees for air purification. 

NO open flames on property. Lighting candles inside the condo and using bbq grills on balconies are prohibited.

Promo codes subject to all above requirements and blackout dates or minimum stay requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, Emerald Coast Host and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Emerald Coast Host.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Emerald Coast Host for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Emerald Coast Host
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Emerald Coast Host
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Emerald Coast Host
  • Redistribute content from Emerald Coast Host

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
